Pamela and Derek Boyland welcome you to their UK beef farm set in 150 acres on Stockland Hill where Derek's family have farmed for generations.

This charming farmhouse dates back to the 1800's. It combines olde worlde character, beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace with a happy atmosphere - almost as though the contentment of many generations envelope it!

Relaxing in front of the woodburning stove in their sitting room seems a world away from the stress of modern day living.

Having added a large garden room and conservatory which gives even more room to 'spread out'. Relax in the comfy chairs in the cottage suite.

Traditional full English breakfasts can be enjoyed in the dining room with a choice of menu options, ie: you can even select your eggs from our own free range hens!

We are close to the market town of Honiton, Devon, famed for it's lace and pottery.
