Dorset House is a Georgian House with a wing to the rear. The bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in the wing with your own external door to your room. Breakfast is served in the main house.
Dorset House is run in a friendly informal atmosphere.

All rooms are en-suite with bath or shower or both; and tea/coffee making facilities.

All rooms have remote TV with teletext, video, DVD/CD player, alarm clock/radio.
 Hair dryer, iron plus ironing board available on request.

Heating with heated towel rail and settee for occupants.

Private car parking.

Veranda and patio areas with seating.


Strictly no-smoking internally.

Breakfast - full English or vegetarian, choice of cereals, toast, fresh sliced fruit platter, yogurts.


Dorset House is situated five minutes walk from the town centre and ten minutes walk from the beach, with car parking on site,
The upper part of Lyme in an area littered with good restaurants and public houses.


Dorset House sleeps up to six people spread over three rooms.
Time of arrival is from 15:00 hrs or earlier by arrangement.
On day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10:30 hrs.
