ILEX COTTAGE AND APARTMENTS are found in a quiet residential street, only minutes walk from the principal shopping area with its cafes, pubs and restaurants. They are also only a short walk away from the sea front with its sandy beaches, Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb - so visitors can park their cars at Ilex, and forget them for their entire holiday!

All the self-catering units are modern, light and airy with fitted kitchens, fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. They have modern gas central heating, which offers instant heat and hot water. They all have colour TV. The small enclosed back garden is for the shared use of guests, who are respectfully requested to be thoughtful to others. It has patios with garden furniture, and a clothes line and airer. There is off street parking at the front of the property; two spaces for each unit.

Ilex Cottage

Open-plan ground floor, with spacious kitchen-diner, with pine wood open room divider to attractive lounge, with fireplace, 4' bed settee and patio door to the garden. There are two bedrooms, which both overlook the garden.

          - a double room with en-suite shower, with wash hand basin and WC.

          - a twin-bedded room, wash hand basin with en-suite shower room with WC.

First Floor Apartment

Staircase leads to a cosy lounge with interesting pine stairwell and room divider, with 4' bed settee and views from the bay window to sea cliffs. Opening leads to attractive kitchen-diner with pine ceiling and recessed lighting. Landing leads to a large twin bedded room with fitted wardrobe overlooking the garden and beyond to a lovely en-suite bathroom with long shell-shaped bath,  wash hand basin and WC. A double bedroom at the front has wash hand basin and en-suite shower room with WC.

Ground Floor Apartment

Kitchen with separate dining area, has side door to the garden. It leads to an attractive lounge to the front with 4' bed settee, and into a passage which leads to the front door. There is a double and twin bedded room, and a shower room with wash hand basin and WC. This unit  is suitable for those guests, who have limited mobility as the apartment is compact and all the rooms are on the level with a maximum of two steps into the unit.

Duvets and pillows are available but linen is not provided. Cot available on request.
Gas is included : Electricity by meter
