Indoor Camping Accommodation for Groups of young people.
The Lyme Regis Boys Club Premises can be hired as Indoor Camping Accommodation for Groups of young people.
The building, which was extensively refurbished in 1993, is only 2 minutes from the sea front and ideally situated for indoor camping. It has all the necessary facilities including central heating.
On the ground are the entrance and main staircase, separate showers and toilets for boys and girls with constant hot water.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, deep freeze, a 6 ring gas cooker, double sink, hot and cold water, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans, deep fat fryer and microwave.
From the kitchen there is a serving hatch to the adjoining lounge where groups normally eat. There are folding tables and chairs and a television.
From the lounge a spiral staircase leads to the large sports hall where there is a stage with curtains. Behind the stage is a shower and toilet.
Groups sleep in the main hall which can accommodate 40 people.
You will need to bring sleeping bags with you.
We hold a current Certificate of Hygiene issued by West Dorset District Council and a fully approved Fire Certificate.

HIRE CHARGES
FOR GROUPS VISITING ON A RESIDENTIAL BASIS
Per person per night subject to a minimum charge of £3.50
£40.00
Main Hall & Stage – per hour minimum of 2 hours £5.50
Lounge – per session £3.50
Kitchen – per session £5.25
For commercial bookings, the above charges are doubled.
Gas, Electricity and Water are to be paid by the hirer.
A £45.00 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable on departure.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All breakages to be paid by the Hirer.
All cleaning materials are supplied, the premises must be cleaned prior to departure. Black bags and blue bags for the use of the Hirer.
The premises to be vacated by 1300 hours on the day of departure unless a different time arranged by previous agreement
Payment must be made per hire charges above.
Security of persons and the premises are the responsibility of the Hirer whilst they hold the keys.
