Lower Bruckland Farm (Kate's Farm) is a 16th century grade 2 Devon Longhouse and a working farm. It is situated in a secluded valley with panoramic countryside views, in a area of outstanding natural beauty.
This bed and breakfast accommodation would appeal to bird watchers because of the quiet countryside.
We make children and dogs welcome. Ample off road car parking - even room for large vehicles.
There is a choice of  2 double rooms or large family room. A full English breakfast is served in the lounge, which has original flagstone, beams, inglenook fireplace and bread oven. The farm has five trout lakes with fish up to 30lb!

Beautiful Devon countryside and a few minutes drive to the sea and Lyme Regis, Dorset.

Ideal bed and breakfast accommodation.		 A take a trip to top of Musbury Castle to sea the Iron Age earthworks is recommended.
Experience the rich history and breathtaking sea and countryside views.		 View the stoned carved monuments of the Drake family in out charming 16th century village church. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Jurassic coast, newly designated a natural World Heritage Site. The coastal path offers an abundance of flora, fauna and bird life.
