THESE  THREE  SELF-CONTAINED  APARTMENTS  offer high quality holiday accommodation having been recently modernised. They are situated in the Harbour (The Cobb) area of Lyme Regis and are within 50 metres of the beach, shopping facilities, Inns and restaurants.

The apartments are south facing and have the benefit of the sun for most of the day. They have splendid sea and harbour views and are very tastefully furnished.

Public and Private car parks are in the immediate vicinity - a reasonably priced weekly ticket is the most popular.

Ground Floor Apartment  -  Sleeps 9/10

The accommodation comprises of:
LOUNGE / KITCHEN / DINER - this very large room is fully equipped to cater in every aspect for 10 people with television, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, a large dining table and comfortable lounge furniture.

FAMILY BATHROOM - with shower, w.c., and wash hand basin.

TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS - one with en-suite facilities.

BEDROOM 3 - has 3 single beds.

BEDROOM 4 - has twin beds.

Additional sleeping facilities are available for a tenth person.
1st.  Floor Apartment  -  Sleeps 6/7

The accommodation comprises of:
LOUNGE - with bay window seats, sea views and colour television.

KITCHEN / DINER - with bay window seats and sea views. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for up to seven people and includes fridge, electric cooker, washing machine and microwave oven.

FAMILY BATHROOM - with a shower, w.c., and wash hand basin.

BEDROOM 1 - double bed with en-suite facilities.

BEDROOM 2 - twin beds that can be pushed together.

BEDROOM 3 - full size bunk beds.

Additional sleeping facilities are available for a seventh person.

KITCHEN  - fitted and fully equipped for up to seven people and includes fridge, electric cooker, washing machine and microwave oven.
