Lucerne apartment is self-contained with excellent sea views of the Jurassic Coast

It consists of a small entrance hall which leads to an open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area.
Off the lounge is the bedroom which contains a double and single bed.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided, NOT beach towels.

Also off the lounge is the small entrance hall leading to the shower, toilet and washbasin.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment including fridge, microwave and washing machine plus colour television.
A tumble dryer is available on request.

There is a private car parking space.

Gas central heating, hot water and electricity is inclusive.

No smoking.

The Flat is not suitable for the disabled as there is a minimum of 6 steps to negotiate for access. (Full Access Statement available upon request)".
