Lyndale is centrally situated in the
village of Uplyme a mile from the ancient town of Lyme Regis.
Uplyme has a wealth of footpaths and country walks, with a village
store and post office and a welcoming public free house that has
good beers and wine and an extensive menu to suit all tastes.
For outdoor recreation, there is a fully equipped children’s play
area and facilities for tennis, cricket and croquet. In the next
hamlet of Yawl, trout fishing is available. |

The ground floor comprises of large
lounge/diner. The lounge has comfortable seating with country
views from French windows that go onto raised decking that has
table and chairs. |
A large kitchen that is fully equipped for
5 people, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge,
dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with more storage
space, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer and access to
the gas central heating boiler.

| Upstairs it has 3 bedrooms, 1 king-size, 1
twin and 1 single. All have duvets and top quality
cotton bed linen & towels are also included. |

shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a shower room on the ground floor with shower,
washbasin, toilet and large towel radiator. |
A welcome pack includes milk, tea, coffee,
sugar, eggs from our own hens and a bottle of wine.
Private parking is for 1 large or 2 small cars. |
