Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. No remainder sent. There will be no refund if you leave early. The booking fee does not constitute part of the fees payable. Please remember that once your booking has been made you are responsible for the full charge if you cancel. We would therefore suggest that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

ALL OF THESE PRICES INCLUDE V.A.T AT 15%. YOUR FEE INCLUDES ENTRANCE TO THE BAR AND FAMILY ROOM, THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL IN HIGH SEASON, FREE SHOWERS AND HOT WATER TO SINKS . THE SWIMMING POOL IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN HIGH SEASON. IN JUNE AND EARLY JULY, THIS FACILITY WILL ONLY BE OPEN ON WEEKENDS WEATHER PERMITTING.

 

MANOR FARM COTTAGE DETAILS: (All properties now have microwaves)

2 BEDROOMED TERRACED COTTAGES(E): Double bedroom, bedroom with full size bunks, bathroom with bath, shower and W.C. Lounge with colour T.V. Fully fitted kitchen/dining room with full cooker, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Fitted Carpets, double glazing and gas central heating. Parking space with a small enclosed lawn are located at the rear. One dog can be taken in some of these properties.

2 BEDROOM DETACHED(F): One bedroom has a double bed and a single and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bathroom with bath, shower and W.C. Lounge with colour T.V. Fitted Kitchen/dining room with full cooker, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Fitted carpets, double-glazing and gas central heating.. This property includes an open plan garden.

HOUSE (F1): Terraced as the (E) houses but bedroom 1 has one double bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and downstairs W.C. There is a shared garden..

3  BEDROOMED – END TERRACE(G): 2 Double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, shower and W.C. Lounge/diner area with colour T.V. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Fitted carpets, double glazing and gas central heating. Parking space. Shared Garden. G1 terraced and G2 end terrace, similar to G with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a downstairs W.C.

3 BEDROOMED SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE(J): This property is part of the old mill. 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with W.C. upstairs. Downstairs twin bedroom with en-suite bath, shower and W.C.
