All prices are inclusive of V.A.T at 15% where applicable, free use of swimming pool and free entrance to bar and family room. Swimming pool is only open during high season. In June and early July, the facility will be open at weekends weather permitting.

DEPOSIT: £50 per week. This payment is not refundable.

HOLIDAY HOMES: Prices include all gas, electricity, bed linen and colour T.V.

COTTAGES: For information turn over the page. Prices include bed linen and colour T.V.

ELECTRICITY AND GAS: In the cottages, this will be done by meter reading. There is an additional prepayment on these properties of £20 per week. The meters are read on the day of departure and the balance of this is then returned to you in the post.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS PER WEEK: Cot £15, High Chair £15, Dog £30.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       All tenancies are from Saturday to Saturday and commence from 3.00 pm to 10.00 am on the day of departure.

2.       The tenant must agree to pay for all such articles of furniture, fittings or effects as shall be broken, damaged, lost or destroyed during the tenancy

3.       The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. No remainder is sent. Failure to do so, the company reserves the right to re-let.

4.       The party shall be no more than those stipulated on the booking form at any one time. Visitors for the day or part of the day are only allowed by arrangement with the sites management.

5.       The management will not be liable for any loss or damage to any person, their property or possessions.

6.       The tenant undertakes not to tamper with any effects, but to report any fault to the management.

7.       There is an excess of £20 on Holiday Homes and on Cottages. This is returnable by post provided the conditions are complied with and all is left clean and tidy.

8.       We allow one dog per booking and smoking in some of properties E, and J1  

9.       Insurance Cancellation Cover. Please remember that once a booking is made you are liable for the full hire change if you cancel. We would therefore suggest that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

 

HOLIDAY HOMES: These caravans include a lounge/dinette area with fitted carpet, gas fire and colour T.V. A Kitchen will full cooker, microwave, fridge, and sink with hot and cold running water. The shower rooms have a shower, washbasin and W.C. All have at least 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin whilst 3 bedroom types have 1 double and 2 twins. All of these holiday homes are fully equipped with crockery, china, duvets and pillows. Linen is included as well. Smoking is not allowed in any of these caravans.

Holiday Homes: A3 35’x12’ - 3 Bedroomed 2004/5 with double glazing and central heating.

                                C2 29’x12’ - 2 Bedroomed 2005 with double glazing and central heating

                                D2 28’x12’ - 2 Bedroomed 2007

Part weeks 2/3rd weekly rate for 3 or 4 nights before July 18 and after September 29 except Spring Bank Holiday.
