2 BEDROOMED TERRACED COTTAGES E Double bedroom, bedroom with full size bunks, bathroom with bath & Shower, W.C., lounge with colour T.V., fully fitted kitchen/dining room with full cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer, fitted carpets, double glazing and gas central heating. Parking space plus small enclosed lawn at rear. One dog taken in some of these.
2 BEDROOMED DETACHED F One bedroom has 1 double bed and a single and  bedroom 2 has two single beds, bathroom with bath & shower and W.C., lounge with colour T.V., fully fitted kitchen/dinning room with full cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer, fitted carpets, double glazing and gas central heating. Open plan garden.
House F1 Terraced as the (E) houses above but bedroom 1 has one double bed, bedroom 2 has three single beds and downstairs W.C.. Shared garden. (No washing machine).

Downstairs twin bedroom with en suite bath & shower  with W.C., lounge with colour T.V. Fitted kitchen/diner with full cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Fitted carpets, double glazing and gas central heating. Parking and small yard at rear. Open lawn at side.
HOUSE J1 Similar to (J) above. One double and 1 twin bedroom upstairs, 1 double downstairs en suite. One dog is allowed in this property.
HOLIDAY HOMES Caravans All Holiday Homes  have lounge/dinette area with fitted carpet, gas fire and colour T.V. Kitchen with full cooker, microwave, fridge and sink with hot and cold running water. Shower rooms with shower, wash basin and W.C.. All have at least 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, whilst 3 bedroom types have one double and 2 twins. All are fully equipped with crockery, china, duvets and pillows. Linen included.
Smoking is not allowed in some caravans, please check before booking.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. at 17.5% where applicable, free use of swimming pool and free entrance to bar and family room.
Swimming pool only open in high season and at weekends weather permitting in June and early July.

DEPOSIT of £50 per week - not refundable.

HOLIDAY HOMES. Prices include all gas and electricity and colour T.V.

COTTAGES. See above for description of each. Prices include all bed linen and colour T.V. 
ELECTRICITY & GAS by meter reading. There is an additional prepayment deposit on these properties of £20 per week. The meters are read on day of departure and balance of this is then returned to you by post.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS PER WEEK. Cot £15. High Chair £12. Dog £20.

1. All tenancies are Saturday to Saturday and commence from 3.00 p.m. to 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.

2. The tenant must agree to pay for all such articles of furniture fittings or effects as shall be broken, damaged, lost or destroyed during the tenancy.

3. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. No reminder sent. Failure to do so, the company reserve the right to re-let.

4. The party shall be no more than those stipulated on the booking form at any one time. Visitors for day or part day - only by arrangement with the management.

5. The management will not be liable for any loss or damage to any person or their property or possessions.

6. The tenant undertakes not to tamper with any effects, but to report any fault.

7. There is an excess charge of £10 on Holiday Homes and £20 on Cottages. This is returnable by post provided the conditions are complied with and all is left clean and tidy.

8. We allow one dog per booking ( Properties E and J1 and caravan B3 ).

     9. Insurance Cancellation Cover. Please remember, once booking is confirmed you are responsible for full  hire charge.
