Valley View Farm is situated on a private working farm 1½ miles from the Cobb at Lyme Regis, on the Dorset Devon border, up a private drive of ½ mile with a stream running down the side of it, with outstanding panoramic views.
Up until a few years ago the very famous jam ‘Thursday Cottage’ was produced here and the place is steeped in history. There are many glorious walks around the farm and the surrounding areas, along with a very nice river walk down into Lyme Regis.

The sighting of the 2 static homes is on a quiet, private spot in the 9 acres of this private farm, surrounded with horses, cows, free range chickens and a pot bellied pig. The views from the static homes are superb, looking down over the village, the church and over to the sea. There is also a good view of the Cannington Viaduct which was once used to run the Steam trains into Lyme Regis (now redundant).

The Static home is presented in excellent condition.
THE CANNINGTON CARAVAN 2 bedrooms, 1 double 1 twin and a double sofa bed.

The kitchen consists of a full size gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, sink with hot & cold running water and all crockery, cutlery and utensils needed for your stay.

The Lounge/ dining area has fitted carpet comfortable seating areas, a round dining table, gas heater, colour TV, DVD and CD/radio player.
THE CANNINGTON has a shower room and separate toilet.
