Weavers Cottage offers self catering accommodation in a 16th century cottage of much charm and character in the heart of old Lyme Regis, only 5 minutes flat walk to the seafront. Weavers Cottage is thought to be one of the oldest properties in Lyme Regis and retains a wealth of features providing a comfortable family holiday cottage.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors.
A cosy lounge on the ground floor includes an open fire.

There is car parking available within one minutes walk.

As would be expected in an older cottage the stairs are steep, narrow and winding.

	SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 4 : Double bed and single bed The fourth bedroom , built in the roof,  is very spacious with exposed beams.
OUTSIDE        Pretty walled cottage garden - there are three terraces with a small lawn, mature trees and shrubs, BBQ patio area with furniture and an additional outside w.c. The lower patio outside backdoor is perfect for breakfast & lunch.

The cottage is fully equipped for a self catering holiday at the level required by the English Tourism Council 3 star rating and in some respects above this standard eg. provision of washing machine, video and freezer (4/5 star rating).
This means there will be crockery, cutlery and cooking facilities for 8 people plus duvets, pillows, a colour TV, iron and microwave.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
 Logs for the open fire are not.
