There are two unusual and short recital’s at St Michael’s Church Lyme Regis during the Lyme Regis organ school residential course next week.

Audiences are most welcome to attend and retiring donations to the organ school would be most grateful.

Wednesday 17th February 5.30pm
Alex Davies plays a short recital to include Julius Reubke’s Organ Sonata on 94th Psalm. This exciting setting of this most dramatic Psalm text, is considered one of the pinnacles of the Romantic organ repertoire.

Thursday 18th February 9.50am
Organ demonstration and concert by Philip Scriven, works to include Iain Farrington’s “Animal Parade”.
