6th – 9th – Flower Festival at St. Michael’s Church, Lyme Regis

20th – Thomas Trotter organ recital at St Michael’s Parish Church, Lyme Regis
29th – Lyme Regis Gig Club will celebrate the launch of our new 6 men/ladies sea rowing Cornish Pilot gig boat “Tempest”. Rowed by our Youth members, Tempest will be welcomed onto the water at 4.00pm off the slipway at Lyme Regis harbour by her sister Cornish Pilot gigs, “Rebel” and “Black Ven”
29th & 30th – saturday sept 29th and sunday 30th sept at 10a.m to 5p.m start! There will be fossil polishing at the museum an activity for adults and children to do, for a small fee they can polish their own fossil specimen.

If browsing around market stalls is your delight then you’ll find interesting events located in and around the Marine Theatre where a wide selection of craft and antiques goods are on offer. Officially Thursday is early closing in Lyme Regis, although you’ll find this hardly applies in the season, with some late night opening in many shops.
